SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL OR AMEND YOUR ORDER AT THIS STAGE THEN NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED AND IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION A FULL REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INCLUDING ALL POSTAGE COSTS.

PRINT THAT T SHIRT LTD OBSERVE STRINGENT PROCEDURES FOR ALL RETURN CLAIMS AND FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE PROCEDURES MAY RESULT IN YOUR CLAIM BEING DECLINED. THERE IS 3 STAGES TO THE RETURN PROCESS:

IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS, CUSTOM ORDERED PRODUCTS IE. ITEMS WHICH HAVE BEEN SPECIFICALLY PRODUCED IN ORDER TO MEET A CUSTOMERS EXACT SPECIFICATION CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHICH IS THE ABSOLUTE FAULT OF THE SUPPLIER.
VALIDATION OF CLAIM
PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEM(S) TO PRINT THAT T SHIRT LTD YOU MUST FIRST OF ALL HAVE YOUR RETURN CLAIM VALIDATED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.
RETURN CLAIMS WILL NOT BE VALIDATED UNLESS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS CAN BE MET:
- PRODUCT IS DEEMED TO BE OF UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY OR FINISHED TO AN UNACCEPTABLE STANDARD
- PRODUCT IS DEEMED TO BE DAMAGED OR FAULTY
- PRODUCT IS DEEMED TO BE OF THE INCORRECT COLOUR OR SIZE COMBINATION AND DOES NOT MATCH YOUR CHOSEN SPECIFICATION AS PER CONFIRMATION E-MAIL

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
IF WE ARE SATISFIED THAT YOUR CLAIM IS GENUINE THEN GOODS WILL BE EXCHANGED OR A FULL REFUND WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD INCLUDING THE INITIAL POSTAGE COSTS.

EU DISTANCE SELLING DIRECTIVE
AN OVERVIEW OF THE EU DISTANCE SELLING DIRECTIVE IS SET OUT BELOW:
THE AIM OF EU LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF DISTANCE SELLING IS TO PUT CONSUMERS WHO PURCHASE GOODS OR SERVICES THROUGH DISTANCE COMMUNICATION MEANS IN A SIMILAR POSITION TO CONSUMERS WHO BUY GOODS OR SERVICES IN SHOPS.

THE DISTANCE SELLING DIRECTIVE APPLIES TO ANY CONSUMER DISTANCE CONTRACT MADE UNDER THE LAW OF AN EU-MEMBER STATE AS WELL AS THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA). IT PROVIDES A NUMBER OF FUNDAMENTAL LEGAL RIGHTS FOR CONSUMERS IN ORDER TO ENSURE A HIGH LEVEL OF CONSUMER PROTECTION THROUGHOUT THE EU INCLUDING:
- THE PROVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE INFORMATION BEFORE THE PURCHASE

- DELIVERY OF THE GOODS OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DAY AFTER THE CONSUMER PLACED HIS ORDER
- PROTECTION FROM UNSOLICITED SELLING
- PROTECTION FROM FRAUDULENT USE OF PAYMENT CARDS
